With the recent surge in local coronavirus cases, and the constant reminders in the news of its infectivity and the dangers it can pose, we felt it was important to communicate our preparedness.
We are remaining attentive to disinfecting and maintaining a safe and clean space for our customers and staff, and we are carefully monitoring the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. It will be our primary goal to continue to serve you in the most clean and healthy setting that we can create.
Those with an appointment, or those who will be making any appointment soon, can help by utilizing any of the following steps:
*Dropping Vehicle Off For Repair*
Oftentimes, it is most convenient for you to bring your vehicle in for service and to wait in our waiting room. We love this and welcome your company on any regular occasion. However, in an effort to prevent virus spread, any opportunity you may have to leave your vehicle with us while we perform diagnosing or repair is highly encouraged.
*Phone Communication and Payment*
Whether communicating about vehicle status, or paying for you service -- everything can be done over the phone. This will help limit your need to wait any longer than you need to in the lobby.
Located just to the right of our front office entrance, you'll find a drop-box where you can leave your key without having to come into the shop or interact with others. Call or email with basic contact information, if not supplied while scheduling your appointment, and we'll be happy to help make arrangements for you to come back and get it when services are complete.
We will continue to update with any new, or improved, decisions as the current state progresses. We are hopeful like many of you that things will return to normal as soon as possible.
